Six services. Zero jargon.

Every card below tells you what the service is, and — in plain English — when you actually need it. Because an informed homeowner makes better decisions than a pressured one.

Roof Replacement

A complete tear-off and rebuild using the Atlas Signature Select® system: shingles, underlayment, ice barrier, and ventilation engineered to work together.

When you need itYour roof is 18+ years old, shingles are curling or shedding granules, or repairs keep coming back.

Roof Repair

Targeted fixes for leaks, missing shingles, flashing failures, and punctures — diagnosed with a certified inspection first.

When you need itA ceiling stain, a shingle in the yard, or daylight in the attic. Caught early, repairs stay small.

Storm Damage & Claims

HAAG-certified damage documentation plus start-to-finish insurance claim support, including meeting your adjuster on site.

When you need itAfter any hail or 50+ mph wind event — even if the roof "looks fine" from the ground.

Certified Inspections

A documented, photo-backed assessment of your roof's true condition by a HAAG-certified inspector. Free, and yours to keep.

When you need itBuying or selling a home, after a storm, or any roof past year 10 without a checkup.

Commercial & Multi-Family

TPO, EPDM, metal, and shingle systems for offices, hotels, HOAs, and apartment communities — phased to keep you operating.

When you need itPonding water, membrane blisters, rising energy bills, or an aging portfolio roof.

Restoration & Maintenance

Coatings, tune-ups, and scheduled maintenance that add years to a structurally sound roof at a fraction of replacement cost.

When you need itA roof in decent shape that you'd like to keep that way — especially commercial flat roofs.

A roof is a system, not a layer of shingles.

Tap each layer to see what it does — and why we never install just one piece of the puzzle.

1

Shingles — the armor

Atlas Signature Select® with Scotchgard™ Protector resists algae streaking and Maryland's freeze-thaw cycles.

2

Underlayment — the raincoat

The waterproof membrane under the shingles. When wind lifts a shingle, this is what keeps water out of your attic.

3

Ice & water barrier — the seal

Self-adhering protection at eaves and valleys, where ice dams and pooled water attack first.

4

Ventilation — the lungs

Balanced intake and exhaust keep the attic dry and shingle temperatures down — most "premature roof failures" are really ventilation failures.

5

Flashing — the joints

Metal seals around chimneys, walls, and valleys. The #1 source of leaks on otherwise healthy roofs.

Storm hit? Here's exactly what happens next.

1

Call us before you call your insurer

A free HAAG-certified inspection tells you whether you even have a claim worth filing — protecting your premium from unnecessary claims.

2

We document everything

Photo evidence, measurements, and damage notation to carrier standards. This file is what gets claims approved.

3

We meet your adjuster on the roof

You shouldn't debate hail spatter vs. blistering with a professional adjuster. We do that part — it's literally our certification.

4

Approved scope, premium build

Once your claim is approved, we install a complete Atlas system — often a better roof than the one the storm took.

5

Walkthrough, warranty, done

Final inspection together, warranty registered, jobsite magnetically swept for nails. Your only job was the phone call.

Questions homeowners actually ask.

How much does a roof replacement cost in Maryland?

Most Southern Maryland homes fall in a range driven by roof size, pitch, and material — and we price transparently after a free inspection, not over the phone with a guess. Financing options are available, including plans with zero-percent terms for qualified buyers.

Will filing a storm claim raise my insurance rates?

Act-of-God claims are treated differently from at-fault claims, and carriers can't single you out for a weather event that hit your whole region. We'll tell you honestly whether your damage justifies a claim before you file anything.

How long does a replacement take?

Most residential roofs are torn off, rebuilt, and cleaned up in a single day. Larger or more complex roofs may run two. You'll have a schedule before we start.

What makes you different from the door-knockers after a storm?

We're local (California, MD), veteran-owned, HAAG-certified, BBB-accredited with an A rating, and members of three county chambers of commerce. We'll still be here in ten years — and your warranty needs that.

Now you know roofing.
Let's look at yours.
